An accurate area measurement is invaluable in today's property market, for both residential and commercial use.

Whether it is for selling or leasing a property, rent review or for valuation purposes an accurate measurement is essential, and gives an impartial sq ft/sq m of a property in both plan and tabled form.

We will also supply a duty of care letter if requested, confirming the sq ft to be accurate and that the calculations can be assigned to any purchaser.
